this conversion in 2006. Any size of hemi is possible here as we have installed
5.7, 6.1, 6.4, 7.0 and now 7.2 litre hemi engines. These conversions can be performed
with automatic or manual transmissions. To date we have performed over 320 of these

Premium hemi conversion kit
Burnsville Offroad is proud to introduce the next standard in hemi JK conversion
kits, our High Performance Hemi JK kit. This kit includes everything the do it yourselfer
needs to complete a successful hemi conversion. The kit includes everything that
our popular Basic hemi conversion kit has but now will include mandrel bent exhaust
by MBRP, a world renowned exhaust specialist. Other new items include radiator hoses,
coolant bottle, battery tray, fuel line, air conditioning lines, a full fastener
kit and our new design high performance radiator that cools 40 percent better than
the older design. Burnsville Offroad was first to market with the hemi JK conversion
2 years before anyone else. So what makes this high performance? Burnsville Offroad
now has new hemi programs that have increased power on the 5.7 by 45 horse and the
6.1 by 75 horse. Burnsville Offroad offers these kits with programming to fit 5.7,6.1,6.4,7.0,7.2

Burnsville Offroad can now install the 5.7 VVT motor. The new variable valve timing
motor from Chrysler boasts 390 horsepower and will get better than 20 mpg on a fullsize
truck. Burnsville Offroad is always on top of the newest Hemi wrangler developments
and is the only place to offer this motor as a JK conversion. Pricing for this motor
is exactly the same as the standard 5.7 conversion. As always Burnsville Offroad
can add a 6 speed transmission to any of its Hemi conversions. Give Dan a call today

SUPERCHARGE YOUR HEMI JK!
Burnsville Offroad can now build your new hemi Jk with an SMS supercharger
that will add up to 250 horse! We made another breakthrough in hemi JK programming
that allows us to properly program every hemi that we install. This supercharger
can be installed on 5.7, 6.1 ,6.4 ,7.0 and 7.2 litre hemi engines.An intercooler
is built in and the fuel system is upgraded. The cooling system is upgraded with
our new hemi radiator that cools 40 percent better than any radiator out there.
All hemi installs will be dyno tuned before delivery with dyno sheets provided.
If you want to see the dyno sheets for our SEMA Teraflex jeep just contact Dan directly.
We support all engine upgrades such as hi lift cams, ported heads, big bore throttle
bodies and higher compression. The Teraflex JK which has a 426 cubic inch hemi with
supercharger ran 680 horse at the rear wheels. That was running only 10 pounds of
boost. Send your JK to us and we will take care of the rest. Our transmissions shift
perfectly and are properly mated to every engine. The 545 RFE transmissions we use
are brand new and beefed up internally to handle the horsepower. All of our products
carry a 1 year warranty no matter what it is. We are the originators of this conversion

Burnsville Offroad now has for sale our own design front axle gussets and front
axle tube sleeves.

The gussets are welded onto the inner C to help prevent them from bending. The axle
sleeves are installed inside the factory axle tube and welded into place for added
strength. Axle shafts will need to be removed in order to install the sleeves. The

Moab 2008
We just finished the 3 Jeeps we are sending out to Moab. here is what we built this
year---a YJ with fiberglass leaf springs and JK front and rear axles, an extended
wheel base LJ with 39.5 inch Swampers, JK axles, an AEV halfcab, and a supercharged
4.5 litre. I like to call this jeep "Unibrute" . And then we have Chryslers All
Access JK that we built a rear Dana 60 for, put in a Rubicon front 44, Rubicon transfer
case, and Walker Evans beadlocks. I will be arriving in Moab on Saturday the 15th
and will be there all week. I will be posting photos all week. Dan
 
Burnsville Offroad was honored at Sema 2007 by receiving Chryslers Design Excellence
award for our 6.1 and 6.4 hemi JK installations. The judges that decided on this
award were impressed with our factory looking installation and with the fact that
the install is flawless in its technical application. Burnsville Offroad was the
first to offer the 5.7, 6.1 and 6.4 install in jeeps new JK wrangler at Sema last
year and was the only exhibitor at Sema this year with a fully functional and driveable
hemi JK installation.
