I hooked up with a new company this year that makes some phenomenal products for TJ and JK wranglers.
Nemesis makes flares, rocker guards and corner guards that are all formed out of aluminum. Here is last years SEMA JK with a
set of aluminum flares that allow 42 inch tires to be run with 3 inches of lift. Their lineup of TJ items is very complete and
the JK items are being engineered and finished on a weekly basis. The guys at Nemesis are master fabricators and all the parts

HEMI PRODUCTS UPDATE----RIGHT HAND DRIVE HEMI CONVERSION KITS NOW AVAILABLE
Burnsville Offroad is pleased to announce the release of our right hand drive hemi conversion kits.
These kits will utilize a specially designed VVT system that will have plenty of room for the right hand drive steering gear.
This kit is sold complete with the engine and with a retail price of $8995. These kits come complete with all our deluxe hemi
conversion kit pieces and also includes a 2010 5.7 VVT crate motor. Motor is complete from intake to oil pan but still needs
accessories such as alternator, power steering pump etc. Give us a call or email for more details.
HEY ALL YOU OVERSEAS JK OWNERS
If you have a J8 or any diesel powered JK we have conversion kits for you. Burnsville Offroad has completed
hemi J8 conversions as well as converting from diesel to hemi in a JK Wrangler. We have all the programming figured out and know
all the particulars on making a hemi run in all the export only versions of the JK Wrangler. And don’t forget that if your country
forbids you to cut the frame on your JK in order to put in hemi motormounts Burnsville Offroad has no cut hemi motormounts available.
5.7 AND NOW 6.4 VVT HEMI INSTALLS AVAILABLE
We are performing 5.7 VVT installs as fast as we can. This motor is superbly smooth and has
great power and fuel economy. We also have available 6.4 hemi VVT motors. This motor has 550 horse
and is quite a monster. All our installs are utilizing factory programs, not magic or snake oil.
All of our harnesses are computer checked to be perfect everytime. All of our installs have been
tuned and tested on the dyno for perfection. We can supercharge any of our installs and these run
perfectly also. Give us a call to get yours in. We only need your jeep for a little over a week
to complete the conversion.

this conversion in 2006. Any size of hemi is possible here as we have installed
5.7, 6.1, 6.4, 7.0 and now 7.2 litre hemi engines. These conversions can be performed
with automatic or manual transmissions. To date we have performed over 320 of these

All parts are new. Turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks depending on which motor you
go with. We also ship internationally so getting your new jeep to you is not an

2007 CHRYSLERS DESIGN EXCELLENCE AWARD
 
Burnsville Offroad was honored at Sema 2007 by receiving Chryslers Design Excellence
award for our 6.1 and 6.4 hemi JK installations. The judges that decided on this
award were impressed with our factory looking installation and with the fact that
the install is flawless in its technical application. Burnsville Offroad was the
first to offer the 5.7, 6.1 and 6.4 install in jeeps new JK wrangler at Sema last
year and was the only exhibitor at Sema this year with a fully functional and driveable
hemi JK installation.
