Kilby Onboard Air System

We recently installed a pair of Kilby On board air systems and thought I would share some photos with you. The Kilby set ups are sold pretty complete. All of the components are high quality. Both of our installs are on Wrangler 4.0 one in a 1995 and the other in a 2001. You can see the differences in the bracket setups. The 2001 has a/c. Follow the directions closely and you will have no problems. The photos will show you where we chose to place the various components. The airtanks for both of these were mounted underneath between the t/case and fuel tank. Both setups were plumbed with an oil return. All of the items for a proper install are included, one way valve, blow off valve, pressure guage, multiple air fittings so you can tailor the install to fit your needs. The air capacity of these compressors is impressive. A 1/2 inch impact can be run almost continuously using the Kilby compressor. Airing up tires is also extremely quick. A highly useful add on most everyone could use. Most setups will cost around $750.00 to $800.00.
