6 Speed Manual Hemi Conversion Kit

Burnsville Offroad now offers a 6 speed manual conversion kit for use in JK and
TJ Wranglers. The transmission we use is the Getrag 238 that is used in full size
Dodge pickups and in Dakota pickups that run a 4.7. Burnsville Offroad has been
doing this conversion for over a year now and we can report great success with the
conversion. We have installed this transmission behind 5.7,6.1 and 7.0 litre hemi
engines. My own 2 door JK that has a 6.1 hemi with this transmission has over 25
thousand miles on it now and has 40 inch tires on it. This tranny is strong enough
to handle a hemi. We can sell the conversion kit with or without the transmission
and clutch parts. The manual trans kit consists of the following:
- Transmission
- Clutch kit
- Flywheel
- Pilot bushing
- Shifter lever
- Starter
- Starter shield
