BURNSVILLE OFFROADS HEMI JK CONVERSION KITS

Burnsville Offroad offers two levels of hemi JK conversion kit- a basic kit and a premium kit. We have engine programming to support every hemi from 5.7 litre to 7.2 litre, stock or modified. We also have engine programming to handle the new 5.7 VVT motors-something no one else has. Burnsville Offroad can also supply manual transmission install kits, an industry first and still the only one on the market.

All of our programming is tried and tested and dyno tuned. Our exclusive radiator design keeps the hemi running cool and no overheating problems ever. Our motor mounts are a self locating no measure design and are the sturdiest on the market. Our battery tray and air filter mount are made from water jet cut aluminum and the air filter box completely closes off the air filter from the hot engine heat, which is essential to maintain your horsepower. Our wiring harnesses are all computer tested and guaranteed to be perfect.

These installs can be performed by anyone with moderate mechanical abilities and BORs support staff will guide you all the way.

TMD heat reduction hood

BOR suggests adding a TMD heat reduction hood in order to keep underhood temperatures down. The hood is constructed of a GE polycarbonate that has two layers and a cowl induction fresh air intake that directs cool fresh air straight to the filter. Testing has shown that the TMD hood lowers the air intake temperature by almost twenty five degrees when compared to a stock hood and any other JK hood on the market. The TMD hood provides a 20 degree cooler underhood temperature as compared to any other hood on the market.
