BOR is ready for your 2013 hemi JK conversion.

We have done 3 so far and they perform as well as the 2012 JK does. Once again I cannot say enough about finally being able to use the WA580 transmission.

This Cherry Red 2013 belongs to the shop and will be outfitted with a 6.4 WA580 automatic, Teraflex suspension and axles, Nemesis fenders and 37 inch KM2′s.

This JK came to us from Michigan after AEV was done with installing all of their goods. Since BOR is the only shop capable of the 2012 and now the 2013 JK auto installs we were more than happy to help out. What a fantastic machine. The Wa580 transmission is allowing a level of performance never before possible. More horsepower and torque to the rear wheels and better mpg. The kind of power that makes you smile.

HERE IS ANOTHER BUILT UP LJ THAT HAS BEEN BUILT WITH ALL THE NEMESIS EQUIPMENT WE CAN FIT ON IT. THIS JEEP WAS BUILT WITH A MOPAR 4.7 STROKER MOTOR, DANA 60 AXLES,AND 39 INCH SWAMPERS. VERY CAPABLE OFF ROAD MACHINE.

We just finished a couple hemi TJs here at BOR. The Mango Tango jeep has a 5.7 hemi with a 6 speed manual transmission, a full complement of everything Nemesis has to offer and dana 60 axles front and rear. The 39 inch Swampers fit easily with 4.5 inches of lift and Nemesis high fenders. What a great looking rig!

TO DATE BURNSVILLE OFFROAD HAS FINISHED 515 HEMI JK CONVERSIONS.

THIS 2012 CONVERSION HAS BEEN FINISHED OFF IN WHAT I CALL THE EURO SPEC CONFIGURATION. THE BIGGEST DIFFERENCE IS THE USE OF THE FACTORY SRT8 AIRBOX. WE REPLACED THE FACTORY AIR FILTER ELEMENT WITH AN A DRY AFE FILTER TO GET MORE FLOW. DYNO TESTS SHOW NO DROP IN HORSEPOWER.

SO FAR THE TOUGHEST COUNTRY TO GET A NEW HEMI JK THRU CUSTOMS WAS SWITZERLAND. A HEMI JK SET UP BY BURNSVILLE OFFROAD NOW FLIES THRU CUSTOMS IN ALMOST EVERY EUROPEAN COUNTRY. WE MEET THE DECIBEL LEVELS FOR AIR INTAKE AND EXHAUST. WE MEET THE HORSEPOWER REQUIREMENTS IF THERE ARE ANY. A FEW COUNTRIES INSIST THAT AN ENGINE UPGRADE HAVE 40 PERCENT MORE HORSEPOWER THAN THE STOCK MOTOR THAT CAME OUT. NO PROBLEM FOR OUR 500 HORSE 392 VVT CONVERSION. SO FAR WE HAVE SENT NEW HEMI CONVERTED JK’S TO FRANCE, GERMANY, ITALY, GREECE, SWEDEN AND SWITZERLAND.
